This is a holistic treatment where the therapist works on reflex points on the feet and hands, which are thought to relate to specific organs and glands in the body. It stimulates a movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore balance in the whole body

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Natural Facelift Massage

This is a gentle non-invasive approach that can help the skin to feel and look younger. This relaxing treatment uses a combination of acupressure and lymphatic drainage techniques on the face and neck

Foot Pamper

This is a delightfully relaxing treatment in which your feet are cleansed, exfoliated, hard skin removed, moisturised and massaged to leave them feeling pampered, smooth and soft

Aromatherapy Massage

This is the original Aromatherapy Massage and the massage techniques are very different to Swedish massage. They are conducted with a light pressure and involve a lot of lymphatic drainage and neuro-muscular movements. Oils are matched to the needs of the clients

Hand selected Tiger Clam Shells from the Philippines are used in this massage.
